(More customer reviews)If you are interested in a well written book on the secret war in Laos, this is the best I have read. The author's descriptions of the country and the people, including the many hill tribes, are what holds your attention. I learned more about the CIA"s role in the wars of Indo-China, than in any book I have read. A real page-turner and I felt I was riding along with the author in his helicopter.
