When I picked up this book to read, I did not know what to expect. Along comes unknown author David Soprano and he writes a book so good I had a hard time putting it down. His book is written as fiction and author Soprano suggests that the reader make up their own mind what is real or made up in the book. Soprano's writing style is excellent. He does not skimp on character development and the reader has a sense of being right in the middle of the action. This is one book I actually looked forward to reading every day. I did not want the book to end. It is that good. Toward the middle of the book there is a chapter which was so intense I became a little squeamish when I read it. Not an easy feat for me to become, since I am a 21 year veteran of law enforcement and have worked homicide investigations. The only distraction I could find with this excellent book was the numerous misspelled words, wrong word usage and grammar mistakes. A quick proof reading would have caught these errors.
Overall, I felt this book was worth every penny and I hope Mr. Soprano writes other books. He is certainly a person I would like to meet.
