I was disappointed with this purchase. It turned out to be a manually operated helicopter that did not work. It operated by a rubberband that twines in the middle which never can twist tight enough to the degree that it will lift the toy enjoyably into the air.
And the helicopter snaps together with various pieces which did not connect tight enough to stay together.
I wanted my money back as soon as it arrived.

Filled with exciting illustrations, easy instructions, and fascinating tidbits on all types of helicopters and their uses, Flight Test Lab: Helicopters explains concepts like flight theory; describes the latest technology; and explores the inner workings of these mechanical marvels. Author Paul Beck describes Thomas Edison's near-deadly attempts at helicopter design and explains how Black Hawks can fly over 1,100 miles.
