This book is written from the ground up (no pun intended): it assumes you know nothing about flying, yet it is not patronising in its delivery. After all, the author has been through the process and openly shares his experience of his CPL(H) training (rotary) in the United Kingdom and should help you avoid the pitfalls through your education as well as offer you an insight into what's involved.
The book is split into chapters to cover every step of the way, including the often-dreaded medical examination and explains why the process is there and answers any questions you may have.
It's open, honest and a must have for any budding fized wing or rotary pilot and should be present on your bookshelf before you purchase any flight training manuals.
